  • What am I going to need to get started on a project?
    If there is a brief, you will need to provide us full specifics of the project, any project files, and as much information as possible to help us obtain the best result for you.
  • How much does it cost?
    The pricing is determined by the specifications of your project. You will need to request a quote send us an email at You will receive the price within one working day.
  • What files do I need to give to get a project started?
    In general, we ask for any type of file, including hand sketches, document briefing or reference images. Drawings, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards are the most fundamental references. You can send us anything you have if you have a specific project concept. We prefer to work with the following file formats: CAD format, pdf, or any other vector format for plans and drawings; C4D file, fbx, obj for ready 3D models.
  • How can you ensure that the product is of high quality?
    We go through a very high quality checking to ensure the final images are it heights quality. Before supplying the final images we always send draft copies to make sure you are happy and we proceed with the final image. If the final image is not to the standard we will always make sure it is rectified to get the best result for you.
  • Is my information secure with you?
    According to our Privacy Policy, which includes an NDA, we promise that any information about your company and projects will not be made public.
  • How difficult is the process?

  • Throughout the process, how will I communicate with a team?
    Our clients can contact us via email, Whatsapp, or phone. We prefer to communicate by email because it allows us to keep track of all interactions. You can ask as many questions as you like, make comments, and check on the status at any time.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept the following payment methods: - BAC's - PayPal - SWIFT - Bank Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
  • Do i have to pay a deposit
    Yes, we will require a 50% deposit on all orders over £500.00 this will be payable upon accepting the quote. You can pay the remainder half after you approve the results. All orders under £500.00 require payment upfront.
  • Where is your business situated?
    Avisual Studio Ltd's head office is in Leicester, United Kingdom. United Arab Emirates' Dubai serves as the location of our second office. However, as we work as an outsourcing studio, you don't have to come to our office to begin working with us. All you have to do is contact us, and we'll take care of all your needs.
  • What is the turnaround time for you?
    We typically do architecture rendering projects within one to two weeks, and interior design rendering projects within 72 hours. As all projects differ in size, amount of views, details, and other factors, we always provide a deadline recommendation after we get the project information.
  • We already have 3D experts in house. Why do I require outside assistance?
